Description

Up for consideration is beautiful Art Deco piece that can be used as a vanity or sideboard. Made by Garver Furniture Company out of Tippecanoe City, Ohio. The Garver Brothers store sold everything from dry goods and groceries to furniture. They opened in the late 19th century and remained in business until the later half of the 20th century.

This beautiful piece shows a gorgeous walnut wood grain coupled with carved accents and brass hardware. There are 3 drawers along the front and a lower cabinet portion that opens on each side to two more campaign inspired drawers. The front four legs are turned while the rear two are tapered. Each is mounted with a caster for ease of movement. A neat addition to any setting.

Condition

This piece is in original condition. There is some distressing to the top and body from use. In addition to some staining along the front.
