Notes on the boat:
-was a 2 owner boat when our client purchased (we are technically the 4th)
-winterized every year he owned, always stored indoor when not used
-boat came from Arizona
-replaced original thermostat when purchased
-repaired fiberglass for nicks and scratches to base, rubbed and polished gel coat at that time as well as conditioning to teak wood (approx. 5 years ago) - work done in Cincinnati
-interior was redone to exact specs by second owner, probably about 10 years ago
